How to begin your session

Note: very important: Your 'invitation' to join the Zoom session will go to your Zoom account.

  (Please download the free Zoom app to receive the invitation to the Zoom meeting)

After you 'book' a session, you will receive an automated email regarding your appointment.

   At the time of the session, I will be in the Zoom invitation room; use the 'number link' that is   

      automatically sent to you to join the meeting.

   If you are unable to 'join' the meeting, email me and I will start a new meeting with a new

       invitation sent to your Zoom account.

  1. "Thanks for getting in touch".  (This is a confirmation message)

  4. For 'audio' (phone sessions), your can call me at the appointment time (b/c sometimes you may be using another phone), or I will call the number you have given.

  5. For 'live chat', you can message me via the blue 'Chat Now' box; and the messaging will begin in about 10 seconds.
